Returns & Refunds policy

We endeavor and accord utmost priority to Greenoura objective in spreading happiness and positivity through gardening products. Accordingly we envisage situations delivery and product may not meet your expectation

Accordingly, all returns and refund will be governed through this policy. We welcome you to contact us if in need for any further information in this regard.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 15 days

• The goods are in the original condition

• The goods received by you is different than as as displayed or as agreed

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return for any reason

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

You should mention the about return through email or WhatsApp and only once we authorize, we will get in touch with you for return at our cost

Refund

• If goods are mutually agreed for return as above, we will initiate refund within 3 working days on receipt of same.

• In case product is received in damaged condition, we will initiate refund within 3 working days. However, we need to take up the case with our logistics and we need a clear unpacking video with clear display of damaged goods to support claim for refund to initiate.
